Refund policy
We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy, giving you peace of mind with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, simply email us at contact@sofablux.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
Return Label
You will be provided with a return label via email. You will need to download and print the label. Downloading and printing the return label is free. However, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- New, unused, and in its original packaging
- In the same condition as when received
Items that have been opened, used, or do not include all original packaging are not eligible for return. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a restocking fee of $15, which will be applied to the original purchase price. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount. For any questions about returns, please reach out to us at contact@sofablux.com.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Personal care products
- Custom or personalized items
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids
- Sale items and gift cards

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have 14 days to return it for any reason. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about your refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
