- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

- International Shipping: Delivery times vary by location but generally take 7-14 business days. Please allow extra time for customs clearance or unexpected delays.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.

Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s journey through the carrier’s website.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs and Import Duties

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
- BeFabLuxx is not liable for packages lost or damaged during transit. If an issue arises, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

Undeliverable Packages
- If your package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we’ll refund the order minus shipping fees or arrange a re-shipment at the customer’s expense.

- Certain areas may require a physical address; we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes in specific locations.
